This Privacy Policy explains how PeekCon Games Sp. z o.o. ("we", "us") collects, uses and protects your personal data when you visit peekcon.com (the "Site") or play the demo. We process personal data in accordance with the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR, Regulation (EU) 2016/679) and other applicable laws.

3. Cookies and online advertising
The Site uses strictly necessary cookies (always active) and, only with your consent, analytics and advertising cookies. Third-party vendors, including Google and Meta, may use cookies or device identifiers to serve ads based on your previous visits to this Site.
You can withdraw consent at any time via "Manage cookies" in the footer, opt out of personalised Google advertising in Google Ads Settings, or opt out of third-party vendor cookies via the Network Advertising Initiative opt-out page.
4. Sharing your data
We never sell personal data. Data may be shared only with: technical service providers (hosting, analytics, customer support) acting as processors under Art. 28 GDPR agreements; and public authorities where required by law. Any transfer outside the European Economic Area relies on the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses.
5. Retention
Technical logs: up to 12 months. Contact-form messages: up to 24 months after the enquiry is closed. Cookie data: as stated in the cookie management panel, 13 months maximum.
6. Your rights
Under the GDPR you have the right of access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability, objection, and the right to withdraw consent at any time. To exercise these rights, email privacy@peekcon.com. You may also lodge a complaint with your supervisory authority (in Poland, the President of the Personal Data Protection Office, UODO).
7. Security
The Site is served exclusively over HTTPS (SSL/TLS encryption). We apply appropriate technical and organisational measures including access controls, logging, data minimisation and regular reviews. We do not collect payment card details on this Site.
8. Minors
The Site and the game are strictly for persons aged 18 or over. We do not knowingly collect data from minors. If you believe a minor has provided us with personal data, contact us immediately and we will delete it.
9. Changes
We may update this policy from time to time. The date at the top reflects the latest version. Material changes will be announced on the Site.
